Cultural Holidays & City Breaks

Cultural holidays can range from a few hours visiting the major sights to a specialist tour led by a guest leader, an expert in their field, who can help you understand your chosen destination in greater depth.

You can really get under the skin of a country by exploring the architecture and discovering its heritage at art galleries and museums, or by visiting an archaeological site.

Employing a local guide is a great way to learn about your destination. Their local knowledge is invaluable as they know where to find the best traditional restaurants, and how to access the places that are of interest to you. Time spent at a family cihomestay is undoubtedly the best way to experience local culture and cuisine first hand.

A short break is a great way to re-charge the batteries and do something fun for a few days. It is amazing how refreshed you feel after just a couple of days away from it all.

When you only have a short amount of time it is important that the time you have is utilised to the full. I will tailor a package to fit around trains from your home town or flights from your local airport. I can book accommodation to suit your budget, transfers or vehicle hire and pre-book activities, excursions and even your evening meal!
